CrossFit Life Performance
The First Official CrossFit Workout with CFLP was on 1st October, 2013. We had Started with Outdoor Workouts in Gurgaon. We soon Opened Our Box on 22nd February, 2014…Our Goal has always been to have a Fitter plus Happier Life for Everyone who walks in.
Our Workouts Include - Metabolic Conditioning, Basics of Gymnastics & Weightlifting.
We Practice & Train Major Lifts - Deadlift, Squat, Presses, Clean & Jerk, and Snatch. Similarly We Master The Basics of Gymnastics: Pull Ups, Dips, Rope Climb, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Handstand, and Holds. We Bike, Run, Row, etc. We mix these elements in as many combinations & patterns as creativity will allow.
